Good pratice when creating a review

Before you start to create your review, consider these good practices on how to make a good video:

  • Make sure to polish the lens on your webcam (any textile should do well for this)
  • Avoid direct light from the background, like daylight through windows or bright lamps
  • Make sure there is enough light on the person reviewing (e.g. place a lamp behind the camera/computer)
  • Avoid background noise (sounds)
  • Check your microphone: when you speak in a normal tone of voice, it should be just below the red area (most video-recording software has a live sound meter with a scale from yellow, green to red)
  • Remember to speak loudly and clearly and not too fast
  • Look into the camera as you speak
  • HAVE FUN!
